Extant Season 1: Is Ethan's storyline more interesting than Molly's?; 5 Burning Questions from 'Wish You Were Here'

The pregnancy is no longer a secret, Molly had more hallucinations and the Woods family is on the run. Here are my burning questions from "Wish You Were Here":

No. 1 - Does anyone else find the Ethan storyline more interesting than the overall storyline?

The whole premise of the show seems to be the mystery behind Molly's pregnancy, her hallucinations and whatever the ISEA is really up to. However, does anyone else find Ethan's storyline more interesting? He continues to capture birds and he's also beginning to ignore the rules John has laid out for him. With any other kid, this would be weird but understandable. Ethan isn't any other kid. Are we going to see him get out of control? Will he become a problem to Molly and John especially now that they're on the run?

No. 2 - Will Molly's hallucinations put her in danger?

Molly spent a whole party talking and interacting with Marcus' brother. She even saw him talking to other people. Will her hallucinations eventually put her or anyone else in physical danger?

No. 3 - Will Julia try to break up the Woods family?

In the few episodes we've seen so far, Julia seems to be jealous of Molly. It feels as if she's inserted herself into the family with John and Ethan. We've also seen that she and John differ on how to "raise" Ethan. Will she try to disrupt the Woods family?

No. 4 - What does the symbol mean?

When Molly tried to find Harmon in his trailer and instead found the mysterious symbol with all the circles - that was weird. When that same symbol seemed to bulge out of Molly's stomach while she was in the car with Alan - that was really weird. What does that symbol mean? And if Molly won't go into the ISEA for testing, how does she plan to find out what it means?

No. 5 - How does the Woods family plan to stay hidden?

The Woods have a few issues while they're on the run. First, Molly's pregnant with a mysterious child. Second, Ethan's behavior may be getting worse. Third, Molly's having really extreme hallucinations. What are the Woods' plan? Will they stay hidden or will these circumstances force them to give in?
