'Fargo' Season 3 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: First Promo Released, Ewan McGregor Looks Different

"Fargo" Season 3 is set to return and a clip has been revealed to get a first look at the characters for the season. The first promo that was released shows of Ewan McGregor who looks different and is unrecognizable in the series.

According to a report, Fargo Season 3 will bring back Ewan McGregor to portray the roles of Ray Stussy and Emmit Stussy. The brothers live a life different from each other. Emmit is the current Parking Lot King of Minnesota while Ray is less successful.

Their lives contrast with one another's because of their sibling rivalry in "Fargo" Season 3. The rivalry between brothers may lead into events that are violent in the upcoming episode. In the meantime, a new promo has been revealed and McGregor is unrecognizable as he plays the brother Ray.

The first promo of "Fargo" Season 3 does not give out a lot of details about the plot but it does give fans a glimpse of the characters in the story. Aside from McGregor, Carrie Coon is also seen in the promo as Gloria Burgle. She is currently the local chief of police in their town. Mary Elizabeth Winstead is Nikki Swango and can also be seen in the promo trailer of the series.

A report indicated that "Fargo" Season 3 is set in 2010 and it also features significant characters from the previous seasons. The plot has not been revealed yet for the upcoming season but it promises to have more twists to the story.

There are also other cast members to join in "Fargo" Season 3. David Thewlis, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Jim Gaffigan are also set to be part of the upcoming season. The series is directed by Joel and Ethan Coen and is created by Noah Howley.

There are more to be expected for the plot of "Fargo" Season 3. The series will premiere on April 19.
