"The Sinner" is set to air on the USA Network starring Jessica Biel. Its first trailer is being released and shows of a different side of Biel in acting.

According to a report, "The Sinner" is based on a best-selling novel by Petra Hammesfahr. The series stars Biel who portrays the role of Cora. She is a young mother that commits violence but does not know why she did it.

The plot of the story for "The Sinner" explores on why Cora does these murders. Aside from Biel, Bill Pullman is also part of the series. He portrays the role of the detective that uncovers the motives of Cora and does this undercover. Christopher Abbot is Mason who is Cora's husband in the show.

Jessica Biel has done several shows and transformed her acting into different types of roles. She's done a cool girl next door in "7th Heaven" and has starred in the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" in 2003. This time, she stars in "The Sinner" and the first trailer reveals how mysterious her character is in the series.

The first trailer of The Sinner gives a glimpse on how confusing the story of Cora is. There is to be a twist in the story for the show as the story about Cora progresses. She kills a man that she's never met before this incident then brings in more doubts about her character.

Meanwhile, Jessica Biel is busy being a mother to her son Silas with Justin Timberlake. In fact, she shared that she eats in the shower because of being busy taking care of their child. Biel shares about forgetting to eat because of the attention she has to give to her son Silas.

There are mornings that she forgets her meals and end up eating in the shower. However, she also shared that this is the life of being a mom.

"The Sinner" is set to premiere in the summer on the USA Network.
