"Vikings" Season 4 spoilers reveal that the History Channel series will be having an "epic" finale. In an interview with Carter Matt, Alex High Andersen, who plays the grown up son of Ragnar (Travis Fimmel), Ivar, teased what else is in store for the drama.

"Also, the end of the season's going to be epic," he teased. "We've shot some crazy stuff."

While Andersen refused to reveal details about the "epic" finale of the History Channel drama, the actor shared that Fimmel and Linus Roache will finally have their scene together. This means that there might be an intense scene between Ragnar and King Ecbert in "Vikings" Season 4, which may eventually lead to the death of one of them.

There have been rumors that Ragnar will die in "Vikings" Season 4, especially since the show seems to be focusing on the younger characters. As seen in the latest episodes of the show, Ragnar has been spending a lot of time with Ivar.

An earlier interview with series creator Michael Hirst also hints that Ivar will take over Ragnar as the most famous viking of all time, reports TVGuide. According to Hirst, this is what Ragnar has been afraid of all along.

While Ragnar may not die anytime soon in "Vikings" Season 4, the showrunner explained that Ragnar will be going to England during the second half of the season. This will set forth his meeting with King Ecbert, which may fans were excited to see.
