A not so good news about One Punch Man Season 2 release date was announced recently. With previous reports stating that One Punch Man will be returning December 2016, fans are a bit anxious about the said news. Plots and twists are in the works, but where will One Punch Man Season 2 start?

Reports claim that One Punch Man Season 2 will focus on Saitama's training and tackling previous season's plot holes. Although not everyone from the fanbase agrees on the direction of the story. University Herald discussed that Saitama's training is not necessary for Season 2 since he can defeat his enemies with just one punch.

Also according to the same source, One Punch Man Season 2 will focus on Garou's story. It was stated that Gorou's arc is still ongoing on the manga series the reason it will be focused on the second season.

Meanwhile, Ecumenical News claims that Saitama will turn villain, loses his powers and start weakening. Saitama will then be defeated by Lord Boros. Another theory claims that One Punch Man Season 2 will feature Watchdog Man.

There are rumors as well stating that King might surpass Saitama's strength and will potentially rise up from the ranks of Hero Association. There is still no confirmation about the said plot for One Punch Man Season 2. Yusuke Murata has not yet responded to any of claims according to the same source.

But one thing's for sure, One Punch Man Season 2 will return by 2018. It was announced recently at the "One Punch Man Fall Festival" exclusive event. But, it is rumored that the creators will take 2 years to finish the creation.
