A host of new faces might be welcomed by Hamilton. Saturday Nights Live Alum Taran Killam will begin his reign as King George on January 17, 2017. In fact, he will join Broadways Busiest Blockbuster.

On January 15 it would be the final performance of Rory O Malley as a monarch, paving the way for Killam's Broadway debut. There are two other characters who will make their Broadway debut in Lin-Manuel Marindas hit in the coming year.

Anthony Lee Medina will play the role of John Laurens and Philip Hamilton from Jordan Fisher and the date would be decided in March. Hercules Mulligan and James Madison will be played by J Quinton Johnson which will begin on Jan 6 as Qkieriete Onaodowan will take his final bow in on Dec 25, Broadway reports.

On the other side of the story Donald Trump slammed Saturday Night Live unwatchable last week. The comedy series is morphing into a full-time political satire. The Sunday morning news cycle was effected because of this. If the world looked at the sketch from Trump's eyes it would be felt like a fever dream.

Pro wrestler John Caney hosted the show on last Saturday. He enticed the public with an opening monologue song. He never got the song to sing. Cena with an Olympian physique channelled a variety of comic characters, TV Guide reports.

The show was stolen by Cecily Strong with a long slurred rant at the time of weekend update. She got too close to Cena while introducing the MTV dating show Hook and Hunk. While Cena was inside the room three male contestants tried to grab the attention of one lady, but they were unsuccessful.

On December 17 it would be Casey Affleck who would be visiting the show as a host so as to promote his movie Manchester by the Sea. He would be joined on the stage by Chance the Rapper.
