The recent updates of "Pokemon Go" seem to have added more Pokemon to the game. Some players were able to discover a new Pokemon by just grinding egg hatching. A Redditor with the username ReversalOnYoutube shared a screen capture recently of a friend with a Togetic in his account of the game. The player stated that he was able to acquire the Togetic by just hatching a Togepi three times.

Niantic Seems To Have Added New Pokemon Secretly

While this Pokemon is not very remarkable, it is good to realize that Niantic is generous enough to add more Pokemon without informing "Pokemon Go" players. That could mean that gamers won't need to wait long before the release of the update that may add more Gen 2 monster. With this discovery, Togetic can now be added to other Gen 2 Pokemon in the game. They include Igglybuff, Cleffa, Togepi, Pichu, Magby, Elekid and Smoochum.

In keeping with the holiday season, "Pokemon Go" is also implementing the Santa Hat Pikachu, its first event-exclusive Pokemon. Players will like to know where to find it. This Pokemon is also fairly common so it will be easy to find. They will want to capture this Pokemon because it can help them find Pikachu in the wild easily.

How To Catch Santa Hat Pikachu

Tracking them in "Pokemon Go" is rather easy because they can be found in the upgraded feature called Nearby. But once a Santa Hat Pikachu is found, it will be a challenge to catch it. This creature is more difficult to catch compared to a normal Pokemon, regardless of its level. But there is an easy way of doing it.

To catch the Santa Hat Pikachu in "Pokemon Go," players need to have lots of Ultra Balls, Great Balls, and Razz Berries. Then they need to feed the Pokemon with berries before throwing their Pokeballs on the monster. Once this Pokemon is well-fed, and the player throws the ball to hit it, it won't run away. This the easiest way to catch this creature.
