There are already several States that have legalized the use of "Cannabis." This week there will be legally aged individuals that will be allowed to bring marijuana anywhere. It is also included in the legalization that an individual can plant 12 pots legally.

This is good news for those who need "Cannabis" for certain medical conditions. There has been a research conducted by the National Institute on Drug Abuse that the use of "Cannabis" can help some individual's medical cases.

"Cannabis" use also needs to be regulated because it may be abused by some. The regulation for the use of marijuana may be done through the collection of tax from the retailers. It is indicated that as of this time, a 12 percent tax need to be collected.

In the meantime, The Greater "Cannabis" Company is looking at expanding the investment on medical/ recreational marijuana. The company is currently looking at private companies who may either invest or may go with joint ventures for the expansion.

Meanwhile, "Cannabis" enthusiasts have been waiting for a while now on the commercialization of marijuana. It has been indicated at the Marijuana conference in the Sonoma County Fairgrounds that as much as legalization is near there is so much to consider.

This may mean that the legal commercialization of "Cannabis" may still be in 2019. The Proposition 64 which has been endorsed by voters has been set to take effect on January 1, 2018. It indicates that a recreational user of marijuana has the freedom to choose what type of "Cannabis" to buy.

"Cannabis" users are already expressed that the commercialization is taking a long time now. This has to be because of the laws that need to be in accordance with each other. There has got to be consistency with the law especially when it is set out.

At this time, one can only wait.
