Dota 2 hits Patch 7.00 with a new hero, gameplay alterations, and item modification. The all new changes for Dota 2 will launch on Monday, and fans are literally crying over it. Here are the major changes to know for Dota 2 Patch 7.00.

It was reported before that Monkey King will be introduced as part of the hero roster for Dota 2 Patch 7.00. He is a melee type with disabling abilities and plays in the carry position. His ultimate attack allows his to summon a formation of monkey soldiers to battle with him side-by-side. Also, Valve introduces a new Monkey Themed map with special Arcana Skills for the new hero.

Another change introduced by Patch 7.00 is the Storm-like Talent System. It allows players to choose a specific skill for heroes at level 10, 15, 20 and 25. The Backpack system allow players to carry another extra three items and could only be used once swapped. Also, it could be used and combined for item recipes.

HUD and pre-game feature probably are the best addition for Dota 2 Patch 7.00. The HUD gets a total redesigned feature which looks very "sleek and minimalistic", according to PC games. The new pre-game flow allows players to strategically plan items. It also adds a short intro which gives an extra boost to start off the game.

Map changes were also improved for Dota 2 Patch 7.00. Runes are scattered systematically meaning gamers can only spawn one Power Rune, while Bounty Rune is scattered all over the jungle. A new building was also introduced called "Shrine." It provides healing aura once activated, but on a specific time frame only.

Bots were also added some specific changes. Players can now modify Bots behavior according to their liking. Valve added an LUA scripting over a C++ engine to allow modification.

Valve will have a dry run over a test client for Dota 2 Patch 7.00 5PM GMT/ 12PM EST/ 9AM PST on Monday, December 12th. Share us your thoughts in the comment section below.
