“Final Fantasy XV” was just released on Nov. 29 and players still cannot get enough of it. It must be the most enjoyable “Final Fantasy” video game installment to date that some players can look past the glitches in it. An immersive virtual world that introduced new gameplay features and countless things to explore, it is no surprise it received high reviews.

It has been ten years since the production of “Final Fantasy XV” was revealed. It was initially named “Final Fantasy XIII Versus” and even introduced some of the main characters. After two other “Final Fantasy” installments, it was finally released going through a complete makeover. With a decade preparing for such an awaited game from one of the most recognized developers when it comes to role-playing games, people did not expect that anything could go wrong.

After “Final Fantasy XV” was released, an update as promised was released by Square Enix that focused on the polishing of the interface. It made the characters more realistic, changed the navigation interface, and even fixed the bugs concerning side quests and monsters hunting. Now it has been reported that Square Enix will be launching another update early next year to add new features and address the complaints regarding the video game.

The director of “Final Fantasy XV”, Hajime Tabata has said that they will be updating the production of the second half of the game to further enhance the story. They will be improving chapters by adding more event scenes as well as implementing updated voice responses and localization work to all languages. It has been reported that aside from that, Square Enix is planning to add a New Game Plus mode, more optional bosses as well as introduce time-limited hunts.

They are also planning to release God Mode or a mode wherein Noctis (and maybe the rest of the party) is invincible. This is reportedly gained by going through quests that involve the obtaining of the Royal Arms. These new features are reportedly planned to be released through the upcoming Season Pass that Square Enix reportedly announced and is said to cost at least $25.
