The "Pokemon Go" team has announced its partnership with the popular coffeehouse chain Starbucks. In line with the new affiliation, Starbucks is reportedly crafting a special-edition "Pokemon Go" Frappuccino that will be available to all its guests. To know more about the "Pokemon Go"-Starbucks union, continue reading below.

In the "Pokemon Go" blog, it was confirmed that Starbucks is now an official partner of the hit mobile game. "Starbucks has a long-standing commitment to providing spaces for social interaction and real-world community building in its extensive network of locations. We appreciate their role in creating safe, welcoming locations for people from all walks of life to come together for refreshment and social engagement," the "Pokemon Go" team revealed.

It can also be noted from the said update that beginning Dec. 8 at 11 a.m. PST, 7,800 Starbucks stores operated by the company in the United States are being transformed into PokeStops and gyms. With the huge number of Starbucks stores in the country, it is safe to say that many "Pokemon Go" trainers will have access to several PokeStops surrounding their areas. This will apparently give them more fun and enjoyment as they capture Pokemon while being able to form new friendships in their local "Pokemon Go" communities.

Apart from the transformation of Starbucks stores into PokeStops and gyms, the stores will also be putting the special-edition "Pokemon Go" Frappucino in their selection of beverages. It was revealed in the official Starbucks page that the big coffee company will make a "Vanilla Bean Frappuccino® blended beverage and raspberry syrup blended with freeze-dried whole blackberries and topped with whipped cream." It is important to note, however, that the "Pokemon Go" Frappucino will only be up for grabs at a limited time in participating Starbucks stores.

Are you excited to try the special-edition "Pokemon Go" Frappucino? What are your thoughts on the new partnership between "Pokemon Go" and Starbucks? Let us know what you think in our comments section below.
