The Pokemon Go game developers have announced last Wednesday that they will unveil new details about a new Pokemon that will be added to the game on Dec. 12. The smartphone game originally has 145 Pokemon. They included all the original characters in Kanto Pokemon except Mewtwo, Moltres, Zapdos, Articuno and Ditto. The last Pokemon was added only in November.

Sprint Is The First Partner Of The Game In The U.S.

The game developers of Pokemon Go also announced that their first partner in the United States will be Sprint. This is similar to the way McDonald's has partnered with the game in Japan. With this arrangement, there will be more than 10,500 outlets of Sprint in the U.S. that will become Gyms and PokeStops. This will include all Radioshack and Boost Mobile Sprint outlets.

Changes Have Been Made On The Game

The game developers also revealed the details about the changes they made in Pokemon Go. These changes include the addition of Pokemon type icons to the Gym battle screen and the Gym battle approach. Another change is the addition to the information screen of the total kilometers a buddy has walked. This will be true to all the Pokemon buddy that a player has made.

A change was also made to Professor Willow. Trainers are now able to transfer several Pokemon at a time to Professor Willow while pressing and holding on a Pokemon. Another change is the addition to the buddy information screen of the total Candy count for a Buddy Pokemon. And lastly, the game developers have made minor text fixes to Pokemon Go.

Pokemon Go Promises To Deliver Improved Gaming Experience

With Sprint as its U.S. partner, Pokemon Go promises to deliver improved gaming experience to its players. The hype surrounding the initial launch of the game may have died down but this does not prevent its game developers to keep improving the game. This is necessary for there are still a huge number of people around the world who still enjoy playing the game.
