Prince Harry proved that he'll move mountains just to be with Meghan Markle. In the recent news, the prince was reported to have broken Buckingham Palace protocol by doing a 1,700-mile detour via Canada just to be with the love of his life. The palace is yet to comment on his issue.

Reports confirm that Prince Harry should be flying back to London by Sunday night, but he immediately changed plans yesterday and boarded a flight going to Toronto, where the American actress Meghan Markle lives. After spending three weeks apart from one another, Prince Harry thought that he could definitely take a stop at his girlfriend's house. And so he did.

The palace kept mum about the issue and refused to comment further. It should be remembered, however, that the media was briefed by the royal officials saying that the prince would be returning to Britain immediately through a commercial flight funded by taxpayers, of course.

It should be remembered too that palace officials said that in cases when costs are incurred by the royals because of an altered plans then the matter will be taken privately. The palace further said that members of the royal family should never mix official and personal trips. Despite this, there are those few instances when royals have to mix certain official engagements with their personal duties.

But while some can't help but comment badly towards the prince's decision, there are also those who find the gesture to be sweet. An insider said: "It's just another sign of how head-over-heels he is about her. He is absolutely besotted. We've never seen him so happy - it's great."

Anyway, we are pretty sure that the two will have lots of catching up to do. Let's wait a little further until the palace gives their official statement.
