“Destiny” has had its success in the past few years. The combination of RPG and FPS has managed to stabilize itself after the rough start and the large amount of critic it received on different aspects of the game and now, the December patch arrives with lots of goodies.

Game Rant has announced that the new “Destiny” Update which will be released in December will offer the functionality of directly dismantling uncommon items. This should ease the farming process and free up space at the Postmaster. At the moment, when players have no place in their inventory, the items go to the Postmaster, but the problem for farming is that when items pile up at the Postmaster’s they get deleted. Now items can be directly dismantled into crafting materials, but this brings the problem with the piling of materials in the vault. It has been long since Bungee have increased vault spaces and this problem may lead into the next big in-game economic crisis.

Euro Gamer comes in with the long-awaited return of Sparrow Racing. The event set in the “Destiny” game pits players against each other in fast-paced races on the backs of sparrows. These are bike-like machines, which the players ride through the map in an attempt to be best the others. This update will be live from 13 December to 3 January, but the Sparrow Racing will be available in private matchmaking even after the event has passed. This means that at any point in the game, players will be able to get together with friends and make private races.

Cinema Blend shares that Bungee will also release two new weapons with the upcoming patch. Their names are “Abaddon” and ”Nova Mortis”. Nova Mortis is a machine gun with 360-rate of fire. Its color scheme is metallic with purple elements. The Abaddon is another machine gun, with a fast shooting rate of 360. Its outer appearance is similar to the one of the Nova Mortis, where the purple elements have been exchanged for orange ones.
