[Update] Twitter Resolves Issues With Tweeting, Delayed Timelines

Twitter has fixed issues with tweeting and a delay in timelines. Users of Twitter for mobile, Twitter.com and third-party Twitter clients were facing issues like delayed mentions, missing retweets or favorites, and delayed timelines on Monday.
The afore mentioned issues were resolved after one and a half hours of outage.
Twitter acknowledged the issue on its status website, noting that the engineers were "working on it." Twitter did not say what caused the issue.
"Between 16:51 and 18:30 PST today, users experienced a delay in tweets appearing in their timelines. This issue has been fully resolved," Twitter wrote.
About a week ago, Twitter users faced Sign in issue, which was caused die to a bug in their front end code.
