Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston is not one to hold grudges. The "Cake" actress has opened up about her divorce from Brad Pitt during an interview with CBS' Lee Cowan stating that she does not "find it painful" to talk about.

Aniston stated that although she does not necessarily like that people are always bringing the subject up, she does not have any difficulty talking about it. The 45-year-old "Friends" alum added that everyone has moved on.

"I think it's a narrative that follows you because it's an interesting headline. It's more of a media-driven topic," Aniston said. "There was a period where I was hellbent on saying, 'That's not true. That's not right. That's not fair. And now I just think you just gotta let it roll off your back and you realize ... I think everybody knows it's all BS and like a soap opera on paper."

When asked whether or not Aniston keeps in touch with Pitt, she replied, stating that they have "exchanged good wishes" over the years. However, the exchanges are not constant.

Aniston and Pitt divorced in January 2005 after seven years together. Prior to the separation, rumors were swirling that Pitt had fallen for "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" co-star, Angelina Jolie. However, in the statement, Aniston and Pitt wrote: "our separation is not the result of any of the speculation reported by the tabloid media."

Since then, Pitt and Jolie have gotten married in 2014. They have six children. Aniston has been going strong with her fiancé, Justin Theroux. They have been together for three years.

"We know what our truth is, and [the rumors are] all just static," she stated in response to rumors claiming that she and Theroux have hit a rough patch.

Aniston was also recently nominated for a SAG and Golden Globe Award for her role in "Cake."
