Miley Cyrus's drug use is in the limelight again as new pictures of the Wrecking Ball alleged to be in a drug session are circulated online recently.

The report was first seen in The Sun as the hitmaker is said to be taking a break in one of her studio sessions said to be taken in at 4am November 26 in Los Angeles. In the picture, the hitmaker rests in a sofa with her laptop on her knee. Further, it revealed what looks like cannabis leaves, cigarette papers, a rolled up dollar bill and a vial of white powder.

A source said to be partying with the popstar took the picture and had further described the situation as something 'sleazy'.

"It was a pretty sleazy situation," the source said.

This is not the first time that the We Can't Stop singer flaunts using prohibited drugs. The Daily Mail posted some pictures from the singer's Instagram page with her smoking in a 'suspicious-looking rolled up' cigarette while she is on her desk working. The shot is said to come out on the same week.

The New Zealand Herald also remembers those times when the singer lights up a cigarette on stage and cracks jokes and anecdotes about her drug use.

"Hollywood is a coke town, but weed is so much better. And Molly (ecstasy), too. Those are happy drugs - social drugs. They make you want to be with friends. You're out in the open. You're not in a bathroom," the Hannah Montana star once said in an interview with the Rollingstones.

Amidst the controversy, the singer is said to be not willing to undergo treatment in a rehab despite fervent advices from her father, Billy Ray Cyrus and godmother, Dolly Parton, TVNZ said.

"Miley said a lot of people have been trying to get her into rehab, but it's not something that she's interested in."
