After months of rehabilitation and recovering from the Lupus condition, Selena Gomez is back but not for good. She made a public appearance at the recently concluded American Music Awards and is now rumored to have turned down the Thanksgiving Dinner invitation of Taylor Swift.

Selena spent most of her time with close family that supported her throughout the torment she experienced with her health. Her condition is getting better by the day but according to Hollywood Life, she is not ready to leave her family's side just yet.

Publicly, it is known that the two performers are good friends and the years of long friendship is counting. On the rumors on Biz, it says Selena turned down Taylor Swift's invitation last Thanksgiving.

The condition Selena got is the main reason she is not available for gatherings such as this. On the lighter side, Taylor perfectly understands that an insider said, "She's been leaning on Taylor a lot though, they're in touch every day and they'll be seeing each other soon".

According to Inquisitr, although Gomez came out from rehab due to her illness, she is not putting the risk of her health to avoidable events such as Thanksgiving. It was also added that spending more time with her own family is her priority.

Recently, the spotlight for nasty rumors got Selena and Justin Bieber with their feud on getting back with each other and even to the extent for the two getting married. As reported, her family asked the male performer to leave Selena alone.

After suspending the rumors, the young actress is not mystified by Justin's behavior in the recent weeks on her European Tour. There are incidents of him luring young girls in his hotel room and another incident of punching his fan after the concert.
