After months of hiatus, "Suits" finally finished shooting the second part of Season 6 and is slated to start shooting its seventh season. Before wrapping up, some "Suits" stars posted photos of their last night of the shooting, wishing production staff glorious well-deserved naps.

"Suits" Season 6 Spoilers

Before the long break of "Suits" Season 6, Jessica Pearson was written out of the series by assigning the Innocent Project case to her. Gina Torres wanted a decent exit so she can spend more time in Los Angeles focusing on her role in "The Catch" by ABC.

Creator and executive producer Aaron Korsh discusses details of Season 6B with Deadline. He revealed that Zane's merger offer still stands, but will not likely ensue in "Suits" season 6 due to Wendell Pierce's schedule. Harvey and Louis will also be struggling as they move forward without Jessica as they settle the firm's name, and other issues going forward. The creator added that they are not hiring new series regulars for "Suits" Season 6B due to budget restrictions. However, they will be adding recurring cast but won't be series regulars.

Korsh said that the first episode of "Suits" Series 6B could very well be predictable, but will also be surprising. With Louis and Harvey managing the firm, the scenes will be bloody, and Donna remains to be the firm's anchor, laying the groundwork for both Louis and Harvey to work together moving forward. Viewers should also expect that a surprise character will help Donna in 6.11.

Mike might not probably return to the firm in "Suits" Season 6 back. He will be making amends and make do in the world. Korsh also revealed that there won't likely be weddings next year, but he adds that he doesn't know yet. Donna and Harvey will be stepping forward in their relationship, but their romance still remains to be seen.

"Suits" Season 7 Renewed

Contrary to earlier reports that Meghan Markle will be taking a break after her relationship with Prince Harry was made public, Korsh was happy to say that all series regulars are returning to "Suits" Season 7. While in season 6B the characters are moving forward without Jessica and facing big changes in their lives, there will be more stability in the seventh season.

Catch "Suits" Season 6 starting January 25, 2017.
