HTC, known for making devices with excellent quality and specs, has announced "HTC Bolt" to the rest of the world as "HTC 10 Evo". Similar to HTC Bolt, even HTC 10 Evo is coming with IP57 water resistance and unibody metal frame. It is available in 3 different colors, gold, silver and gun metal, similar to HTC Bolt. While it comes to specs. the phone does not seem to be up to the market trend. The phone is coming with QuickCharge 2.0 to enable fast charging, but the firm could have added wireless charging to HTC 10 Evo to make it innovative. The 5.5-inch display with quad-HD videos came with high expectation to 4K, but it was a disappointment. HTC 10 Evo boasts of a 16 MP camera at the rear and 8 MP for selfies; the front camera is really useful and good in getting excellent quality selfies.

Similar to HTC Bolt, the phone is coming without headphone jack and uses USB C-type headphones. It has added a new feature to set up and listen to personalized audio profile. The phone is looking quite similar to HTC 10 and the metal body is stylish. HTC 10 Evo additionally has a 3,200mAh battery and fingerprint sensor.

The price of the device or release date of HTC 10 Evo is not announced, but considering the fact that HTC Bolt is priced at $600, the device will go for a similar price with minor adjustments according to currencies and local customs duty. The review of the phone shows that it is good with the features but the specs are not up to the expectations.
