It is reported that "Hunter × Hunter" would have a different writer hereafter and that is none other than "Tokyo Ghoul" Creator Sui Ishida. It was reported previously that the original creator of Hunter × Hunter, Yoshihiro Togashi seems to be unfit to continue with the job, due to health issues. The entry of Ishida has created some confusion with the fans of the manga series, do they believe that Ishida and Togashi are the same person?

It is almost 4 months now, from the abrupt shut-down of Hunter × Hunter due to the back-pain of Togashi. The hugely successful series' sudden shutdown has created disappointment to the fans. Since then, there were rumors spreading about the health condition and the future of Hunter × Hunter series. Fans thronged to social media and other platforms for the news and updates about the series.

Since the news broke out about the possible entry of Ishida into the Hunter × Hunter, there are rumors spreading about the series. One of them is that both Ishida and Togashi are the same person. The reason why some fans believe it due to similarities between both Hunter × Hunter and Tokyo Ghoul, also both are action-adventure manga series.

Rumors further grew that Hunter × Hunter was stopped for some time to concentrate on Tokyo Ghoul. However, it is reported that there is a change in characters of the manga series when the new creator takes the charge. This time, the series would plot Gin as the main character, who is the father of Gon.

Previously, a news spread that Hunter × Hunter would be continued by Naoko Takeuchi, the wife of Togashi during his absence. But, now there are rumors that she would help Ishida in the creation of the upcoming episodes. Due to the success of the Hunter × Hunter manga series, the new creator may struggle with the mounting expectations and pressure and he may introduce new characters into the series to give a fresh look.
