With Willem Dafoe's role as Nuidis Vulko will set to make the first appearance in the much-awaited film Justice League, the actor has affirmed he will repeat his part as the DC character in the Aquaman solo film.

"'Justice League' is very particular because it's an ensemble movie and my character is being introduced here in order to be a principal role in 'Aquaman,'" Dafoe said in an interview. "These films are a different experience. They have different responsibilities, different resources and different intentions. It's nice to go between those worlds if you can. They serve different impulses."

Vulko is one of the exemplary 'Aquaman' characters whose contribution in the comics' dates in the late sixties. He's a researcher and politician generally faithful to Atlantis with a couple of slips here and there, yet his part is normally going about as official for Aquaman after he rises the Atlantean position of royalty. Being in the Justice League, Aquaman is away on business most often so it's regularly up to Vulko to run the kingdom, and it sounds like that is the place Dafoe's part is going to in the motion pictures.

Likewise, Vulko is an intriguing character who, in the comic books, has been both a companion and enemy to the King of Atlantis. How his part on the wide screen will vary as to be seen for the present, yet fans will discover increasingly when Justice League debuts in theaters.

'Justice League' is set to premiere on November 17, 2017, directed by Zack Snyder starring Ben Affleck (Batman), Henry Cavill (Superman), Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman), Jason Momoa (Aquaman), Ezra Miller (The Flash), Ray Fisher (Cyborg), and J.K. Simmons (Commissioner Gordon). Aquaman's stand-alone film will then follow on July 27, 2018, directed by James Wann.
