The Puerto Rican-Spanish singer, actor, and author Ricky Martin finally gave away the happy news during his guesting on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show". After dating for a long time, Martin nervously popped out the question to boyfriend Jwan Yosef, a Syrian-Kurdish Swedish painter and an artist of plastic arts who is based in London, England. They're finally engaged!

During the interview, DeGeneres did not waste any time and interrogated Martin asking where does he live and how long he has known Yosef, and how did they meet. Despite being in the hot seat, Martin was able to keep it cool. He mentioned Yosef is a conceptual artist and he is a collector so they started looking for art and he has seen his art and went crazy. Then, Martin contacted Yosef. DeGeneres joked to Martin that later he collected him. Everyone in the show witnessed how happy and how madly in love Martin is.

From announcing his engagement, Ricky said that he was the one who proposed and did admit that he was feeling really nervous.  According to Martin, asking the question was not that easy. Martin added that instead of saying, "Would you marry me?" Martin said that he got something for him. Then, Yosef said yes and that he wants to spend his life with him, and he cracked words saying what the question was, "Would you marry me? That's it." It worked out with Martin in the end and got the big yes. The 44-year-old singer added that it was a beautiful moment.

The couple has been together for over a year which was also plenty of time for Jwan to grow and get close to Martin's children, twins Matteo and Valentino, born from a surrogate mother in 2008. Martin also shared about his upcoming Las Vegas residency and will also conclude his One World Tour in the mid-December at the Centro de Congresos Querétaro in Querétaro City, México.
