Pick your orange jumpsuits, grab a bowl of prison food and sit in the tight limits of your cell, because “Orange is the New Black” is back on Netflix with some great new laughs to share with you.

First update comes from Inquisitr and it regards the situation in which “Orange is the New Black” season 4 ended. Dayanara Diaz (Dascha Polanco) has a gun pointed towards guard Humphrey (Michael Torpey) and was completely ready to pull the trigger. Then the episode ended. What will happen, fans can only guess, but fact is that no matter the outcome of the situation, she will end up in maximum security.

Polanco says that it is highly probable that her character will pull the trigger, since she is in quite a terrible situation –psychologically. She recently gave birth and was separated from her child. This paired with the constant abuse by the new set of guards will not lead to anything beautiful.

Pop Sugar shares information on who will fans meet in the upcoming “Orange is the New Black” Season 5. According to actress Lori Petty, Lolly will be back in action with the coming of the new episodes. Jenji Kohan, the creator of the series is also tied with the development of “Orange is the New Black” Season 5, 6 and 7 which is some good news to the die-hard fans of the series.

Even though there is not an official confirmation, it is safe to assume that actors in the series, who have been around since Season 1 will stick. This includes Taylor Schilling, Laura Prepon, Uzo Aduba, Kate Mulgrew, Michael Harney, Danielle Brooks, and Dascha Polanco.

If you feel for the characters and their well-being, I Tech Post have some good news for you.
Miss Claudette (Michelle Hurst) will be back in the series. After the actress’ terrible car accident, she is now alive and well enough to return to the series’ cast.

To fans of the series her character is known as one of the few people who actually care about the inmates’ betterment. Her return will most probably manage to settle the dust a little and divert inmates attention from mischief into more productive activities.

“Orange is the New Black” Season 5 will air during the year of 2017 on Netflix.
