Yu-Gi-Oh! Fans have been waiting for the film to be out in the cinemas in the United States and Canada on January 20 next year. But the second US trailer for the "Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions" anime film, which was streamed by the official Yu-Gi-Oh! YouTube channel, revealed that the anime film's premiere date in the US and Canada is now moved on January 27, 2017.

According to Anime News Network, the film was previously announced to have its debut in US and Canada on January 20 next year and was moved to a different premiere date in both regions as a strategic decision. The film will be shown in more than 500 theaters on the United States and Canada as a limited- time theatrical engagement.

On the other hand, the anime news site also reported that Manga Entertainment and 4K Media will open the film in the United Kingdom and Ireland on February 1 next year.

Voice actors Dan Green and Eric Stuart were chosen to dub on the movie as Yugi Muto/Yami Yugi and Seto Kaiba. Back in August, 4K Media has announced the premiere dates of the upcoming animated film and revealed the voice actors who will play their part in the movie. Producer Shane Guenego, according to IGN, expressed that the company is thrilled to be working with the two voice artists in the movie.

Darryl Schaffer, Executive Vice President, Operations and Exhibitor Relations, Screenvision Media expressed his excitement with the announcement.

"Fans of the iconic 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' series have been anxiously awaiting the release of 'Yu-Gi-Oh! THE DARK SIDE OF DIMENSIONS' in the U.S. and Canada, and we are delighted to have the exclusive opportunity to share it with them through this special theatrical engagement,"said Schaffer, as quoted on Yu-Gi-Oh!'s official website.

The "Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions" film first opened in Japan on April 23 and has earned over $7.5 million.
