After nine years, "Prison Break" is coming back for its fifth season. This time Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) is alive and in prison. The upcoming season will have Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) rescue him out of Yemen. It is also speculated that this season is going to be based on Homer's 'Odyssey.'

According to a report in Jobs & Hire, Lincoln is going to find Michael and save him from a prison in Yemen. He happens to be involved in an organization which ended him locked up in "Prison Break" Season 5.

It can be remembered that Michael was believed to be dead already when "Prison Break" Season 4 concluded. However, after all those years that Michael has been believed to be gone, Lincoln gets a message that his brother is still alive and needs their help.

Christian Today reports that once Lincoln gets news about Michael being alive and in prison, he gets the help from the other members who were with Michael at the Fox River Eight. The original characters from the previous seasons all join Lincoln in getting Michael out.

It is speculated that Lincoln is going to die in "Prison Break" Season 5. Michael also is going to reunite with his wife Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) and their son in the upcoming season. It is already reported that Sara is already married to another man.

Meanwhile, "Prison Break" Season 5 is set to be based on Homer's Odyssey according to a report in The Christian Times. In Odyssey, a man who is believed to be dead comes back. This is similar to Michael's fate in the upcoming season.

The character from Odyssey like Michael will also be struggling to get out of prison. Both characters also will also be making their best in order to be reunited with their sons." Prison Break" Season 5 brings hope for the brothers and will again orchestrate the great escape.

"Prison Break" Season 5 is set to air in April 2017.
