Angelina Jolie Brad Pitt Divorce Updates; Pitt Seeks Joint Custody Of Kids; What Does Jolie Have To Say?

Brad Pitt seemed to be running after the "irreconcilable differences" his wife, Angelina Jolie's grounds to end their marriage, as it involves his relationship with their six children.

Court filings shows Pitt's counter attacking his former wife's claim for a sole custody of Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne who are aged 15 to eight.  Their love story, ended on 15 September originally has joint custody attachment signed by the authorities.  However, an incident in a private flight involving Brad and one of his kids on Mid-September could possibly change the deal.  A child protection agency in Los Angeles is currently checking on the  abuse report involving their eldest child, Maddox.

Jolie and kids were cross examined for about three hours by the FBI on her former husband's behavior, checking for evidence of abuse claims.  The ex-couple has an interim agreement granted by the authorities-Jolie's request for custody and allowing Brad Pitt to be with his children under a supervised visit, provided that he undergoes drug and alcohol testing

Pitt shares he has seen the children only twice since the separation, and is in full cooperation with the authorities.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Police Department has denied the allegation of child abuse.  Sgt. Barry Montgomery states that they are not in a pursuance of criminal investigation involving the actor.  On a press release, actor states that what matters most at the moment is the well being of their children. Pitt asks the public to give the family space they needed during this trying times.

The Brangelina couple spent eleven years together.  Pitt wed Jolie in August 2014.  Two years after,  Jolie filed a petition to end their marriage this year. Angelina hired crisis manager Judy Smith on the divorce arrangements while Pitt hired a family law attorney, Lance Spiegel from Beverly Hills to assist him in the process.
