The drama in “Grey’s Anatomy” Season 13 has been on an all-time rise. Fights, court battles, cancer and it is still the mid-season, what will be the big hit on viewers for the upcoming episodes and where might the season end?

Entertainment Weekly announces the appearance of Dr. Minnick (Marika Dominczyk), Eliza Minnick is a hurricane which passed through the hospital, leaving disarray and trouble after itself. Her first act, right after appearing, was to gather up the doctors in training and make them snitch on their teachers. Even thought they were quite reluctant to answer, the promise of surgeries united their tongues.

What brought this problem at the doctors’ doors? TV Line’s view on the episode reveals that Alex (Justin Chambers) blames himself for the forced evaluation of the crew. Even though Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) doubts it, he reminds her, that he, as teacher in the hospital, had directly assaulted one of his students.
This seems enough to convince Meredith, but there is still some doubt, that the real reason for Minnick’s arrival at the hospital and all the problems surrounding the evaluation is not Alex, but Ben.

In the end of the episode, Celeb Dirty Laundry shares that Minnick gets a proposal to stay at the hospital for a longer time. Minnick herself explained that the whole hospital is going to hate Bailey (Chandra Wilson) if she accepts the proposal. Another big problem is the power struggle.

This hospital is too small for Minnick and Richard (James Pickens Jr.) to stay at it at the same time.
If Minnick comes in, she wants full control over the situation and this will put Richard in a very bad place, with high chances of even getting replaced by Minnick in the development of the series.

The next “”Grey’s Anatomy” Season 13 Episode 8 is expected on 10 November, on ABC.
