'The Crown' Spoilers for Newest Netflix’s Period Drama About Young Queen Elizabeth II

The Crown explores the story of the 25 years old Princess Elizabeth played by Claire Foy. The show allows viewers to look at the Queen's story of her marriage with Prince Philip portrayed by Matt Smith (from Doctor Who) to the unexpected death of her father George VI (Jared Harris).

The series shows the time of Elizabeth's ascension and later coronation. Events like the crisis in 1955 and relatives life's stories like her sister Margaret (Vanessa Kirby) scandals romance story are included in the "The Crown" story..

"The Crown" shows real conflicts occurred between families and people in power from Buckingham Palace and 10 Downing Street to add the intrigue and drama of the life of the monarchy from back then.

"The Crown" talks about the newlywed Queen Elizabeth II and how she became friends with one of the greatest Primie Ministers of her time, Sir Winston Churchill. The show will talk about how difficult life was back then and how the political scenario was in turmoil. It was in that time also that the Empire was spiraling down and the show will show how she helped steer it to stability. 

She was young during the era where "The Crown" was filmed and it will show how her youth became a symbol of how the new beginning in Westminster and of Buckingham Palace as well.

"The Crown" aims to familiarize the viewrs of the importance of the life of the monarchy. This will also help the American audience understand how royalties live in modern times.

Netflix had already announced two more seasons to go, beginning with the initial decades of Elizabeth life, starting this week. And it's been rumors that could go on for more with a total of six seasons up to the present time of Elizabeth life so royal family content.
