There have been reports that all fans have believed about “Game of Thrones” Season 7 may have been false.

Bustle shares that a story from last season’s shooting shows just how much the creators of “Game of Thrones” like to mess with their fans, planting expectations which later do not unfold. Such is the story of Sibel Kekilli (Shae) appearing on some leaked Season 6 images, dressed in full costume. Then fans expected the return of this character, but it was all a ruse to cover up the resurrection of John Snow (Kit Harington) and all the events which surrounded his return in the series.

Entertainment Weekly, droughts the flames of expectation by citing that the images and videos released earlier, showing different characters of the series meeting and interacting with each other may be another prank of the show’s creators or even a good plan on keeping the fandom too busy with false leads for them to be able to reveal the true plot of “Game of Thrones” Season 7 before it comes out. This means that the photos of Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) talking with Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie) and Davos Seaworth (Liam Cunningham) may just be as fake as pyrite.

Maybe the rumors of Daenerys allying with John Snow are just as fake.

Inquisitr not only finish off all speech of the possible meeting, but also add in details on the next release of the “Song of Ice and Fire” series. It was expected to be released before the launch of “Game of Thrones” Season 7, but George R. R. Martin has mentioned that this has become a near impossibility and book readers will have to wait a little more to get their hands on the latest installment in the series.

Fans will see whether the rumors are true or false, as “Game of Thrones” Season 7 is expected to be released during the year of 2017 on HBO.
