Mariah Carey Wears Engagement Ring Covered In Butterfly Bling
Following the news that Mariah Carey and fiancée James Packer broke off their engagment, the singer actress was spotted in posh restaurant Catch on Saturday night with backup dancer Bryan Tanaka and with her 35-carat engagement ring reportedly covered with a butterfly. Carey was wearing a black mini-skirt, paired with revealing black blouse and some black fishnet.
A report from ET Online said Mariah Carey wore her engagement ring, which was covered with a butterfly bling-bling. She was also joined by her manager, Stella Bulochnikov and bodyguards.
Carey, 46, chose to keep silent about the status of her engagement with the 49-year old media mogul. But she lambasted on her Instagram account Woman's Day, an online magazine based in Australia, for reporting Carey's split with James Packer. The magazine also wrote about Mariah's indiscretion supposedly with her backup dancer, Bryan Tanaka.

In a report, it was revealed that despite rumors that Mariah Carey is having a third party, she was not romantically involved with Packer. A source was quoted by the magazine, saying Carey's connection with Packer is not sexual and as far as the artist is concerned, she is not cheating.
Mariah Carey and the 49-year-old Australian businessman met in 2014 during the red carpet premiere showing of Hercules. In June last year, they made public their relationship and in January this year, they told the media about their engagement.
It was said that Carey's spending habits were the primary reason for their breakup, according to US Magazine. Although there were reports that she is trying to patch things up with Packer, there has been also news from Packer's side, saying the two are never getting back together.
