Principal brutally beaten up because of Headphone

We usually heard about students being harassed or bullied. But this time it's different. A new York teenager got arrested after punching the school principal in the face multiple times, according to the local police report.

The student was identified as Luis Penzo, 18 years old, a student at Manhattan Early College for Advertising. He was arrested last Tuesday.According to the police, it was around noon when  Principal Matthew Tossman was walking at Murry Bergtraum High School. Then he spotted the 18-year-old Penzo with his headphones blasting in the hallway. 

He then asked Penzo to turn down the volume of his headphone. But Penzo refuses to do so. 
Penzo started punching the Principal in the face, and he continued hitting him several times. 
Multiple blows on the face cause lacerations and swelling around both eyes of the Principal. According to the NYC Department of Education statement, there was no physical contact between the principal and the student, before the incident.

 The police said that the principal did not try to take the headphone from Penzo.He was just actually going to pick up the earphone from the ground, but then suddenly Penzo start punching him in the face. Tossman was immediately taken to Manhattan Hospital for treatment. After several hours he was later released.

The Principal do not want to release any statement yet regarding on the allege punching incident. 
Penzo was charged second-degree assault last Tuesday in Manhattan Criminal Court last Tuesday. He was held on $5,000 bail.

He's attorney asked the judge to be lenient with the teenager, whose mother passed away last year due to a brain aneurysm. According to the police, before the incident,  Penzo has two previous arrests. The first assault was allegedly punching someone after they got into the car accident.
