Discovering new TV shows might not be a problem anymore if Apple will really introduce this reported new app, a guide for Apple TV which is a digital TV guide. This enables easier search and discovery.

One year ago, according to CNet, Apple revealed a super-powered Apple TV with an extra-slick touch pad remote and a polished interface. Following the unveiling of the Apple TV, lots of apps, introduced minor tweaks and double down on voice commands and tricks which makes Apple to stand out more with the features.

So the Apple TV app or the so called Watch List app, according to USA Today in an article in TechnoBuffalo, that the said app will suggest or recommend shows basing it on the viewers usual content access. USA Today also gave an example that if a subscriber that subscribes in FX Networks may be encouraged to see the series Atlanta.

This new digital TV guide app plus the Apple's single sign-on feature could make users have the painless experience in checking out new contents. The said single sign-on feature though is not yet available to consumers.

This app could really save the viewer's time, as browsing the Channels to find the perfect shows that will suit their taste, and watching the first few episode to find out that it does not suit their preference, and missing much more interesting show for them, is definitely something viewers wouldn't want.

This Apple TV's TV guide app was able to hit a spot in the 'list of anticipated announcements' of engadget as mentioned in an article in the engadget's website. In the article, the TV guide app was said to have first reported by Recode in August, and tell it and USA Today reported the unveiling of the said app.

The name of the said Apple TV guide app is still unknown and people might just have to wait for tomorrow to find out more.
