It was in November when Microsoft was able to secure an exclusive access to "Rise of the Tomb Raider" for their Xbox One console. This caused a lot of disappointment from gamers who love the game but only has Play Station 4.

However, according to Geek, it did not take long when Xbox One users experienced a lot of glitches in their consoles for the "Rise of the Tomb Raider" game. Now, players say they experience better gaming experience in their Play Station 4.

The report says that the player's control of the game in the Xbox One was not great. That's why most gamers opt to play the game in PS4. The "Rise of the Tomb Raider" played on Xbox One experiences a lot of input lags. Aside from the lags, the dead zone was also very noticeable. For Play Station 4 users, though, the game did not promise a better input latency result. However, most gamers saw the issue gone after they patched the game for version 1.04.

This positive feedback is backed up by Game Spot. The article specifically noted that the input lag in the "Rise of the Tomb Raider" game was fixed by Play Station 4 version 1.04 update and even noted that the change was a "dramatic tweak". Even though other players claim that they are experiencing other issues, the report says the issues are just probably network connection related.

Another report also noted that the patch update also tweaked the frame rate and image quality of the game. Eurogamer says version 1.04 includes 4K resolution into the "Rise of the Tomb Raider" game. As of today, the game is still facing input lag issues in their Xbox One edition. Meanwhile, the versions on the Xbox 360 and PC Desktops do not have any input lag issues anymore.
