Google has finally opened its doors in New York! With Google's recent offerings, it is finally ready to take the next step. While pop-up means a temporary store, it is still a big leap for this tech brand considering that Apple and Microsoft are both dominating New York.

Google launched a pop-up store at 96 Spring St. in the Big Apple, New York City. In an article by Alison Ledger of Event Magazine UK, "The pop-up is shrouded in mystery and has discreetly been announced via its Made By Google website on a page with a url that includes the word 'pop-up' and a Google Map location directing people to 96 Spring Street in New York City."

With marketing materials "Made by Google" like billboard posters, rectangular statues, and whatnot, the company is earnest in advertising its most recent offerings. On top of that, Google is going to be competing hard against the Apple's iPhone and Amazon's Echo. Knowing Google full well, the company has been known to produce not just great products but effective marketing schemes, too.

In an event held last Tuesday, October 4, 2016, Google introduced a couple of products including the new Pixel and Pixel XL, Daydream View VR headset, Google Home smart speaker which resembles the Amazon Echo, and Chromecast Ultra that bears the 4K HDR streaming, along with the Google Wifi which introduces several networks with multiple routers. All these new offerings can be found in Google's new Pop-Up store in New York.

With this recent news, clearly, Google means serious business. If the company really wants to take matters like Apple does, it also has to enhance its customer experience. The pop-up shop is definitely a big help by enhancing a personal experience, which adds to the consumer's insight of Google devices.
