Titanfall 2 has released it's gameplay trailer, and things are looking interesting for the game, particularly for its single player campaign. Game director Steve Fukuda promised in the trailer that Titanfall 2's single-player is one of the game's key strengths as it is full of variety.

And full of variety it is, as players will get to experience a different mode of gameplay, from puzzle solving, platforming, and fighting. It looks like the game will take players along different paces, and will also allow players to spend some time to explore the environment of the game.

According to TrueAchievements, designers came up with several "action blocks", which are small prototypes within a contained area that would allow them to show different ideas that made use of the game mechanics. Over 100 of these were made, and the most popular were picked to become part of Titanfall 2's main campaign.

One more major addition is that of a full story-driven campaign. Gamespot reports that EA's Devin Bennet said that Titanfall 2's single player mode is for allowing gamers to immerse themselves in the Titanfall world.

"Titanfall 2's single-player is crafted to dive deeper into the Titanfall universe, exploring the unique bonds between Pilot and Titan, and taking full advantage of the movement and combat, to deliver a feeling a feeling of being unstoppable together," says Bennet.

The story will focus on protagonist Jack Cooper and his Titan, B.T. B.T. is the first Titan built by the militia ... and is supposed to be quite the character. It should be interesting for players to watch and interact with these two characters.

Titanfall 2 will be released on October 28, reports TechnoBuffalo. It will be available for PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One.
