As the upcoming NBA season is about to begin, the Phoenix Suns have made a decision to put Brandon Knight off the bench. Though 6th man role was accepted by Knight, there are rumors that he might be traded this season.

It's no secret that the Phoenix Suns are in a rebuilding process right now. And if an NBA trade would be an option, Brandon Knight would the first name to come up.

As per the Inquisitr, Brandon Knight could be the odd man out to the Phoenix Suns. The reports show that the Phoenix Suns don't want to keep Knight playing as a backup while being paid for about $14 million a year. It was also stated that the Phoenix Suns hasn't shown interest of sending out Eric Bledsoe.

If the Phoenix Suns decide to use an NBA trade to rebuild, Brandon Knight has very great value. The Suns would probably take a better small forward that could possibly play as a starter.

Eric Bledsoe and Brandon Knight have a combined average of 40 points per game, which is a very impressive stats for two point guard players. The Suns had a very good backcourt players and it was boosted after the Suns picked Devin Booker in the 2015 NBA Draft.

According to the Arizona Sports, the Phoenix Suns are now moving Brandon Knight to a 6th man position. Starting this coming NBA season, Knight will be coming off the bench. As the reports show, Brandon Knight seems to be happy accepting his new role.

With Eric Bledsoe and Devin Booker in the Suns' starting lineup, it will be a very good combination. Eric Bledsoe is an athletic player and a slashing point guard while Devin Booker is such a very reliable shooter.

Devin Booker is expected to have an impressive season this year. Several basketball analysts are rooting for Devin Booker to become the next franchise player of the Phoenix Suns.
