Samsung Galaxy S8 Rumors: Specs, Features, Release Date, Price – Major Upgrade?
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is certain to come out next year. There are rumors that the upcoming smartphone will have a major upgrade in order to recover from the Note 7 debacle.

The Samsung S8 will reportedly have a back panel consisting of a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 type. The size and dimension of the upcoming smartphone is not known yet, according to gsmarena. But it's likely that the casing is IP68 certified. It's also probably dust proof as well as water resistant up to 1.5 meter and could withstand it for about half an hour. There are also reports that the upcoming S8 will only come out with the dual edge design. The S8 may come with a single or dual SIM.
The display is a 5.2 inch Super AMOLED multi touchscreen. The Corning Glass 4 is quite impressive with a 16M colored 2160 x 3840 pixel display. The OS is possibly the Android 7 with an internal memory of either 64 or 128 GB while the RAM is big 6 GB. The S8 will have two cameras; primary has 12 MP while the rear has 8 MP. Samsung Galaxy S8 Expected Sales Price
There is no official price yet for the S8 but the previous two models can provide some point of reference. The S6 cost around $750 but the S7 came out a bit cheaper costing around $700. It is doubtful however, that the upcoming Galaxy S8 will come at a price lower than the S7. Industry observers estimate that the basic model may range from $680 to $750.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 may possibly come out between the month of February and May of 2017. However, the S smartphones are usually launched in either February or March.
