NBA Trade Rumors: Chicago Bulls To Sign Up Brook Lopez of Brooklyn Nets

Latest NBA trade rumors hinted the possibility that the Chicago Bulls would sign up Brook Lopez of the Brooklyn Nets into their team in order to improve their roster.

Lopez is expected to fill in the shoes of power forward Pau Gasol who just departed from the Bulls to the San Antonio Spurs during the offseason. According to Sports Rageous, Lopez, who is a Net's center will be able to help the Bulls improve their game in the frontcourt. It is also said that with Lopez around, the Bulls will provide a tough fight with other NBA league teams.

Reports added that Bulls are planning to team up Lopez with their current roster of big men including shooting guard Jimmy Butler, point guard Rajon Rondo and power forward Taj Gibson in order to upgrade their offensive and defensive gameplay.

As the Bulls seal the deal with the Nets, it is said that they will be trading their 14th overall NBA draft pick, Denzel Valentine as well as forward Nikola Mirotic and Bobby Portis to the Brooklyn Nets.

iSports Web also rumored that the Nets are keen on trading Lopez prior to the start of the new NBA season so he could build his career with a winning team. It is said that with the Bulls, Lopez will be able to improve himself, turning him into a dominating player.

Although the Chicago Bulls is touted as the perfect team for Lopez, other reports indicate that the Portland Trail Blazers are also interested in getting Lopez. The team will be able to provide a suitable environment to him while improving their gameplay.

In case Nets will trade Lopez with the Blazers, he will be paired with point guard Damian Lillard and shooting guard C.J. McCollum.

But as of this writing, NBA trade rumors about Lopez are not yet confirmed. None of the teams commented on the matter yet.
