Fans of "Outlander" Season 3 had been looking forward for the show to air. Although there is no news yet about its possible air date, many theories and speculations about the series surfaced including a possible third party for Jamie and Claire.

Reports reveal that there will be a new southern girl who will come between the show's leading couple Claire, played by Caitriona Balfe and Jamie, played by Sam Heughan. Fans are also eager to know if Balfe and Heughan will still showcase the same chemistry as in the previous seasons.

In Outlander Season 3, the southern girl would create a wedge in the couple's relationship. This could be the reason why the pair will be having an alleged rift in the upcoming season, Parent Herald reported.

According to rumors, Balfe and Heughan doubt one another and that they are setting a distance between them. But said speculation is debunked.

Aside from that, other rumors indicated that Balfe and Heughan are not happy about the role of David Berry as Lord John Grey. Even fans of the show are also disappointed. According to International Business Times, fans are theorizing that the show will not follow the storyline of the Voyager novel written by Diana Gabaldon, where the series is based.

The website added that Lord John Grey, who will act as a governor of Ardsmuir Prison will be a new love interest for Jamie, which sure is an interesting twist in the series, iTech Postreported.

Fans also noticed that Berry is younger than the character described in the novel and that he doesn't match the persona of the soldier. Lord John Grey has blond hair and is about five and a half feet tall but Berry has dark hair is over six feet tall.

Meanwhile, fans are looking forward for Jamie MacKenzie Fraser and Claire Beauchamp Randall to reunite in the third installment.
