So, with 'No One' having aired, every Arya Stark fan has heaved a sigh of relief for our beloved girl not only fought bravely but is also on her way back to Westeros.

But to achieve that happy ending, she had to fight tooth and nail with the relentless Waif. Everyone is glad Arya killed her ultimately. But the last few episodes of the current season have been very tumultuous for the Stark girl, who looked all set to become a faceless assassin, at one point. However, in the end, she proved that she was and will always remain a Stark.

Actress Maisie Williams has portrayed the character beautifully and now that her character Arya has finally won a breakthrough, she is quite elated. In an interview Williams spoke about her showdown, the experience of becoming no one and the play that helped Arya see things in perspective and proceed accordingly.

Talking about the play, she said that it was amazing to have a play inside the show about the show. She also underlined a memory from the play that will stick with her forever. It was when Arya tells Lady Crane that she cannot join their troupe because she cannot remember lines. Williams said that she said the same thing to her agent when the latter told her that she should be an actress.

Explaining the experience of becoming no one, she said that she never believed Arya would give everything up. Though it seemed like she would, as the experience seemed to her like meditation and thus, was quite cool. However, she knew that the reason for which she was there, was far more important and ultimately she returned to her roots.

Speaking about the showdown with the Waif, she said that it was fun filming the scenes as both spurred each other on during training. She said that it was pretty healthy and she enjoyed the showdown experience too, along with the stabbing, chasing and hunting.

Williams admitted that she has figured out Arya now and she is happy with the work she has done.
