In a previous report, it was pointed out that "Pokémon Go" beta testing has already begun in Australia and New Zealand. Now, the testing has reached US too. According to Niantic Lab's blog together with Pokémon Company, they are inviting players in the US to beta test the game.

The company aims to gather feedback from the players through beta testing to tackle any potential bugs before the game title hits the market. This will help Niantic and Pokémon Company to improve the quality of gameplay. Recent reports noted that beta testing in US is already underway, but its progress is still unknown.

Meanwhile, as "Pokémon Sun" and "Pokémon Moon" has already been confirmed to arrive this year, Pokémon Company is yet to announce the official release date for "Pokémon Go." However, the speculation has it that the game might arrive sooner than anticipated.

According to reports, "Pokémon Go" is expected to release this year, most likely in the second quarter. Since we have already arrived in the last month of this quarter, is it possible that the game may be released sometime this month?

Niantic CEO, John Hanke, revealed the game details at SXSW for the first time to eager fans. Within a matter of days from the event, Niantic also unveiled the first screenshot of the anticipated title. This might indicate that the game is likely to come out soon. As the fans hope for it too, it is important to note that no official date has been released by Pokémon Company or Niantic Labs.
