Kpop News: f(x)’s Luna to return with her first solo album

SM Entertainment has announced the returning of f(x)'s Luna as a solo artist. Luna will be releasing her first solo mini album with the header "Free Somebody" in the midnight of May 31 (KST). The mini-album consists of 6 tracks with her lead track same as the title of her album.

The label also dropped image teasers with the alluring Luna. Her teaser feature backdrops of yellow, red and orange that captivate Luna's appearance.

After Amber takes the step as a solo artist, Luna is the second member of the group who will debut solo.

Luna debuted as a member of f(x) in 2009. She serves as the group's main vocalist and lead dancer. Showcasing her talent on different soundtracks and setting up numerous activities with her co-members and other label mates, Luna also takes her way as an actress. She showed up on the drama "Jumping Girl", alongside Block B members U-Kwon and B-Bomb. This was her first time playing the female lead in an acting project

Luna's group f(x) is a four-member group consists Krystal, Amber, including herself, Luna and Victoria. f(x) have been acknowledged as "the most reliable risk-taking act in K-pop due to their experimental fashion and their eclectic, electro-pop genre of music". Each member has also participated not only in singing but also in other forms of entertainment, such as acting and television hosting,which make them even more popular.
