An unknown substance that was related to cleaning chemicals led to the evacuation Monday of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Sarasota, Fla. About seven people who had breathing problems were hospitalized.

The police said that several chemicals that could not be identified from cleaning closets were removed by hazardous materials teams from the fire department . Some baby food that had spilled during the evacuation was also discovered.

A report said that the substances were cleaning chemicals. No criminal investigation is on the cards. Police also believe that the contamination leading to the respiratory irritation was "accidental." Employees will be permitted to come back to the building Monday afternoon.

A Texas grand jury refused to slam charges against Planned Parenthood after they got secret videos that showed the organization's officials admitting that they would sell fetal tissue. On the contrary, the grand jury slapped charges against The Center for Medical Progress' David Daleiden and activist Sandra Merritt who had played a role in creating the videos.

It was in last November that shooter Robert Louis Dear killed three people inside a Colorado Springs, Colo., Planned Parenthood clinic. He declared himself to be a "warrior for babies" in a courtroom hearing.

Later in December, the judge and attorneys debated sealing the case documents, to which Dear retorted: "Seal the truth, huh? Kill the babies, that's what Planned Parenthood does."

Dear also remarked, when the list of babies aborted was read out in the court: "Could you add the babies that were to be aborted that day? Can you add that to the list?"
