'Game of Thrones' season 6 is past the halfway mark as it is five episodes old. However, viewers are yet to discover the much-debated bloodline of Jon Snow that revolves around R+L=J theory.

The wait is proving a little longer, but it might not anymore as the next week's episode titled 'Blood of My Blood' is highly likely to reveal the secret of Jon Snow's parents. The title suggests so and quite strongly too. Speculations are rife that it will revolve around Jon Snow. As for the synopsis, it does not indicate any such thing.

It talks about Gilly meeting Sam's family and Arya facing a difficult choice. An old foe also comes into the picture and Jaime confronts the High Sparrow. There is no mention of Jon Snow or bloodline. So, is the title meant to mislead and give viewers something entirely different from what the fans are expecting? It seems unlikely in the light of Kit Harrington's (Jon Snow) recent statement.

Kit has said that one episode of season 6 revolves around Jon's story and it is the most epic episode. Now, it is quite possible that he was hinting at the sixth episode that will unravel his bloodline. Still, until the episode airs, nothing can be said with surety as the HBO series is notorious for springing surprises and doing the unexpected.

Some theories also suggest that 'Blood of My Blood' could be about King Tommen Baratheon finding out about his real father i.e. his uncle Jaime Lannister. The synopsis has already confirmed a face-off between Jaime and The High Sparrow. And if things come to such a point where Jaime faces a life-death situation or King Tommen himself is threatened, the bloodline is very likely to surface.

A section also believes that it could be about The Cleganes. Well, the majority feels it is the R+L=J theory and Jon Snow is the son of Ned Stark's sister Lyanna and Rhaegar Targaryen (the mad king's son). Ned called Jon his illegitimate son because it was necessary to protect him.
