Previously, Dan Brown's two best selling novels, "The Da Vinci Code" and "Angels and Demons" have been adapted into movies that were received well at the box office. This time, the team comes back with action packed plot line of "Inferno."

Ron Howard, academy award winner, is on board to direct the latest Dan Brown bestseller "Inferno." Once again Langdon will embark on a journey of clues that are closely tied into Dante Alighieri's Inferno.

The opening scene will consist of Langdon waking up from amnesia and hopes that Sienna Brooks (Felicity Jones), a doctor, will help reinstate his memory. They team up as they race against time across Europe to thwart a deadly plot.

In Robert Langdon series, "Inferno" has been the fourth installment and its adaptation into the film has director Ron more excited. In 2013, Dan Brown's "the Lost Symbol" was to be filmed. However, it was discontinued and "Inferno" was taken into development instead.

Reports claim that "Inferno" will leave Langdon between difficult choices. Robert Langdon is presented with difficult options. On one hand, his choice could annihilate half of human race, and on another hand, Langdon could lead mankind to the door of extinction by the end of this century. "Making these Dan Brown movies are amazing life experiences," Ron Howard expressed. "You're thrown into these environments in ways that are really stirring and kind of explosive."

The movie was originally slated for earlier release, overlapping with "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." However, the date was later postponed for October 28 release.
