Taylor Swift had an unsavoury experience recently as she was stalked in her New York Tribeca apartment. The cops arrested a "disoriented" and "emotionally disturbed" man at 6 p.m., May 10,2016.

Lucas Vorsteveld, of Bryport, Vt., was spotted lurking nearby. The 25-year-old once rang her doorbell, which brought the security team detaining him till the NYPD and NYFD showed up.

Vorsteveld was handcuffed and taken to Mount Sinai Beth Israel hospital to a psychiatrist. However, it is not clear whether any charges of crime  will be slapped on him.

Vorsteveld had shown up earlier on May 2013 at her house in Watch Hill, R.I. "He said he's an aspiring singer and needs Taylor Swift to help his career," said an inside source. The incident had brought about charges of trespassing on him.

The "Bad Blood" singer was chased by three other men this year.

One man was found lurking around her Bel Air, Calif., residence, with neighbors summoning the LAPD when he yelled that she should come outside. He was detained and taken to a hospital for observation.

On Feb. 13, another man with a guitar appeared at her home and refused to leave till the police appeared.

In 2014, Swift was given a brief restraining order against Timothy Sweet, who said he was married to her and threatened to kill anyone who interfered.

"This is why it's irresponsible for the media to publish the addresses or recent real estate transactions of celebrities," Swift's rep said earlier this year.
