So, Asus well known for their consumer-end budget smartphones had their success on two generations of Zenfones. In some long time, we haven't had anything from the Taiwanese firm. But now, it might be not late after all because Asus will be launching the third generation of its Zenfone series of smartphones on May 30.

The Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer has now been seen updating its official website with details about a 'Zenvolution' event, complete with a countdown timer. The event will be live-streamed on the website. The name of the launch event however, is intriguing.

The company is likely to launch multiple smartphones under the Zenfone 3 banner probably each with varying hardware specifications just like how it's been till now.The 'Zenvolution' event will take place at 'Computex Taipei' which is arguably still one of the biggest annual technology trade expo shows in the world. But if are wondering about having a sneak-peak on the launch, you might better know that this year, the "Computex Taipai" is scheduled to take place from May 31 to June 04. It is however probable that the Taiwanese giants might as well release other products from their firm to counter several other competitors in their respective markets. Asus will most likely be unveiling a variety of other products as well. The new products however might feature a new edition of their Zen Watch. The existing one was vaguely popular.
The upcoming Zenfone 3 smartphones might come out with NFC chips, Fingerprint sensors and of course even a, now industry standard USB Type-C port after all. On the software side, the devices will most certainly come with Android 6.0 Marshmallow with the latest version of Zen UI baked on top. Asus only recently updated their inventories for the Indian market with the new "Zenfone GO".
