This season of 'Grey's Anatomy' has not been easy on the couples as most had to go through heartbreaks, tension and drama. And with the mother of all couple battles, Callie-Arizona custody war for Sofia, ending on a nasty note, fans feel quite dejected.

But all hope is not lost yet as there are still two episodes to go in the current season and according to reports, it is likely to bring April and Jackson together. The bitter fight for Sofia will make the duo think about their broken relationship and kid.

It is being speculated that they will ponder over coming back together to start a family with their unborn baby. Jesse Williams (who plays Jackson) has said in an interview that even though they divorced, they are very much each other's person. They might move on in some form or fashion but still they will relate to each other as the person they knew most intimately. He also accepted that a magnetic physical draw exists between them.

Meanwhile, it is also being said that the show will witness the exit of someone in the finale and also, two proposals will pop up. Apart from this, the sad news is that someone will die in the finale and rumors suggest that Sara Ramirez will leave the show after this season.

The finale is currently being filmed at St.Luke's of the Mountains Episcopal Church and either of the couples Jo-Alex or Amelia-Own will get married. However, a marriage between April and Jackson cannot be ruled out either if they decide to come together and renew their vows.

It is worth mentioning here that Jackson and April have gone through tumultuous times in the past and their relationship has been quite rocky. Still, they love each other and care for each other deeply. They have weathered storms together and fans just hope that they will finally get together as nothing is more fulfilling than seeing an estranged couple reunite.
