Apple hardware never tend to fade off even in the rumor mills. Millions of Apple loyalistsdemand for the latest and greatest iPhone every year. But this year, their concerns remain as to what they can expect in 2016. According to a reliable source, Apple iPhone 7 will not be housing a "smart connector". However, this was even indicative in the leaked prototype unit and the source which brought this news mentioned about how Apple wanted this specific thing out of their upcoming smartphone.

Apple introduced the Smart Connector with the iPad Pro. What it does? It enables the Lightning port to manage power and data simultaneously. This means that if you plug in a third party keyboard, it would start working instantly. But this is rather concerning due to the fact about implementing the same to their iPhones. This would obviously require both Apple and creative third parties to come to a decision. This would mean that there would be some interactive products like wireless headphones or even mini keyboards for your phones. Also included in the news is the fact that Apple in no way have developed interests to change the design for the upcoming Apple's flagship device. News reports suggest that Apple have retained the classic design that we see in iPhones 6, 6 plus, 6s and 6s plus. Causing a break from tradition Apple is rumored to have ditched a new design for the iPhone 7 instead sticking with the same designs for the 2015 flagships.

Apple also suffered its first major iPhone sales decline last month, the stocks went down. The numbers in terms of units sold were still pretty decent because they still managed to make millions in profits. But however a threatening factor the Cupertino giants are undergoing is the fact that they are fragmenting its hardware innovations.
